The working principle of dishwashers mainly involves the following steps:
Water: When the dishwasher starts working, it first introduces tap water into the machine through the water inlet valve. The amount of water is usually adjusted automatically according to a set program.
Heating water: The water that goes into the dishwasher is heated to a set temperature, usually between 50-70 degrees Celsius. Hot water dissolves detergent more effectively and removes grease and dirt.
Add detergent: Dishwasher specific detergent (usually in powder or liquid form) is automatically released during operation to help remove stains.
Spray washing: The dishwasher is equipped with multiple spray arms that rotate and spray hot water to create a powerful stream of water to wash the dishes. The spray arms are usually located on the top and bottom of the dishwasher and wash the dirt away with a high-pressure stream of water.
Drain: After the cleaning process is complete, the dishwasher discharges the sewage, usually through a drain pump to the drain.
Rinse: The dishwasher will water and rinse again to remove residual detergent and dirt. This process may be performed several times to ensure that the utensils are clean.
Drying: Finally, the dishwasher will dry the dishes through a heating element or natural air circulation. Some dishwashers are also equipped with a drying function, which can dry dishes faster when finished.
